A long story short I was highly impressed in how responsive Martin heat&air was to get a tech out for a repair (after hours on a weekend). Martin Heat&Air kept me updated on when the tech was in route and once the tech arrived the employee went straight to work and had the repair complete in a reasonable amount of time.
