Came from out of town late Sat. afternoon & thermostat was dark, no heat in the condo. Edgar called & determined he'd need to come out. He didn't want me in a cold condo as the temp. was dropping that night. Power surge affected multiple parts both in the unit & on the roof. He worked diligently until all was working again. Great customer service!
