Martin Heat and Air is always friendly, understanding and responds quickly in an emergency situation.
My AC was not running and I called about 4:15 PM to request an appointment for the next day. The receptionist said we can get someone out there today and since you called before 4:30, we will also not surcharge for an after hours service call. The service guy rolled in about 4:45 PM and diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the system running again by 5:00 PM. Based on what I've seen in the industry, their charges were very reasonable. I really liked the service guy too as he was very friendly and happy that our problem could be addressed so quickly. I have extensive business experience dealing with numerous companies over many yrs, and I would highly recommend these folks for sure.
