recommend Martin Heat and Air to EVERYONE who is in need of
anything to do with heat or air conditioning. Mr. Martin came
out immediately to give us an estimate and was lower than any
other quote that I had gotten. He also found a way to save us
money by giving us 2 options, one of which included a $200 rebate
AND qualified us for the Consumer Energy Efficiency 30% Tax
Credit. All together he saved us $1,300. He and his crew were
on time for our scheduled installation. He went above and beyond
what he told us he was goinig to do, by welding some of our
duct work. They were there 3 hours longer than he had anticipated,
and he didn't give me any additional charges. He did what needed
to be done to get the job done right. Mr. Martin is a very nice
man who truly cares about his customers. We are so happy to
have found a HVAC business that we know we can trust. I'll never
go anywhere else!"

he cared enough to come out on Saturday. The work was excellent

Martin was totally professional and efficent. His work and crew
were top notch, and the service and speed to which he came to
quote the job and the time frame of getting us a new unit and
installing it was very surprising. One thing that impressed
us is that him and the crew cleaned up after themselves and
removed the old units and debris left over from the job. Not
many other contractors in the Myrtle Beach area take the time
to clean up after themselves. I highly recommend Mr. Martin

I
called this company on a saturday night at 7 pm with my
dilemma - i have an older mom in longs by her self who needed
her ac fixed
and fast i called and spoke to ricky and not even 2 hours
later they called
my mom got to her home serviced/fixed her air conditioning
and made her
comfortable so my mind was at ease, i explained i just got
out of the
hospital that day and i learned from my mom her ac was not
working. They
were friendly and i feel went out of there way to help me
and to put my mind
at ease so i did not have to worry about my mom - the rate
they charged was
fair and reasonable and i would highly reccomend them for
their bedside
manner alone - Thanks Ricky and the team who helped us!
